Just a note to let the whole club know that the junior programme is alive and well.

The Juniors played Welwyn at the Spencer Club on Sunday winning 13–11 in a really exciting game.

Scoring from the first face off, the team never fell behind but there were many periods in the game when the score was tied. Half way through the last period and with some slick stick handling, the team jumped out to a three-goal lead that was enough to close out the game.

The team has three experienced players with most of the remainder playing their first season. Playing a team into their second and third season, a win was a really great result. MVP = Kevin Betts

There are currently fourteen club members in this age group with the majority of players in the Under 10 and Under 11 age ranges.
