PinBall Lacrosse - Summer 2021
~ non-contact lacrosse with a ‘soft’ ball ~
Sessions aimed at players in school Years 3, 4 & 5 but all Primary School age players are welcome especially those new to the game.
What?
A Programme extension for our existing members and a chance to try something different for players new to Lacrosse – to be introduced to and have fun progressing the skills of LACROSSE which naturally develops co-ordination, self-confidence and decision making.
Where?
Cricket is played at The Spencer Club on weekday evenings over the summer so our sessions are being held on Wandsworth Common alongside Bolingbroke Road - opposite the end of Honeywell Road (see map below/on the reverse). This is a public open space and there are no toilet facilities so players (and parents) will need to be suitably ‘prepared’.
When?
From 4.30 – 5.30pm on Thursday evenings on:
April 22nd & 29th
May 6th, 13th 20th, 27th
June (not 3rd ), 10th, 17th, 24th
Cost?
As Coronavirus has disrupted our ‘regular’ season, these sessions will be at no extra cost to existing members or players new to the game.
Need?
Players just need sporty clothing - equipment will be provided but players can bring their own sticks.
Coronovirus
These sessions are considered organised activities. Players must not attend if they are diagnosed as having Covid-19, show any of the well-known symptoms or if they are or should be isolating. Parents awaiting their child(ren) must maintain social distancing and comply with current Covid regulations.
