The Under 12 Team continued their newfound winning ways at the weekend coming out on top at the Welwyn Tournament yesterday (Sunday 1 April).

On what seemed to be the first nice day of ‘Spring’, the team was undefeated with wins against Welwyn, Buckhurst Hill and Luton.

The team has a mix of experience and attainment and players across the skills range showed genuine improvement from simple scooping and running with the ball to some really sharp play attacking goal. The success at the end of the season is all the more rewarding considering our early season difficulties.

The team has three experienced players with most of the remainder playing their first season. Playing a team into their second and third season, a win was a really great result. MVPs = Kevin Betts, Patrick James, Katie Walker.
