Following the success of our Dutch tour, Spencer looked sharp in a good team win over a resolute Bath side.

Dan Hughes set the pace dominating face off play giving Spencer the necessary momentum. When the ball was in our half, Mike, Alan and Craig cleaned up the opposition and moved the ball quickly in transition.

The offence looked sharp with several fast break opportunities spurred by aggressive middie play and was well balanced holding the majority of possession.

Mark Davies opened the scoring and shredded the Bath net with 4 goals earning a well deserved man of the match. Mike “hitman” Goodman and Craig Simkin were close runners up shutting down the Bath attack and Colin proved sturdy in net stopping several close chances in the second half.
