Sessions aimed at existing members and players new to the Lacrosse in school Years 4, 5, 6 & 7
A Programme extension for our existing members and a chance to try something different for players new to Lacrosse – to be introduced to and have fun progressing the skills of LACROSSE which naturally develops co-ordination, self-confidence and decision making.
Cricket is played at The Spencer Club on weekday evenings over the summer so our sessions are being held on Wandsworth Common alongside Bolingbroke Road - opposite the end of Honeywell Road (see map below/on the reverse). This is a public open space and there are no toilet facilities so players (and parents) will need to be suitably ‘prepared’.
From 6.00 – 7.30pm on Thursday evenings on:
April 22nd & 29th
May 6th, 13th 20th, 27th
June (not 3rd ), 10th, 17th, 24th
As Coronavirus has disrupted our ‘regular’ season, these sessions will be at no extra cost to existing members or players new to the game.
Players will need sporty clothing and their equipment (either their own or a Club set). Equipment sets can be provided to players trying out this version of Lacrosse but please contact the coach beforehand to ensure equipment is available.
These sessions are considered organised activities. Players must not attend if they are diagnosed as having Covid-19, show any of the well known symptoms or if they are or should be isolating. Parents awaiting their child(ren) must maintain social distancing and comply with the Covid regulations – currently groups of 6.

Players who would like to continue to play Field Lacrosse will be able to join other activities as the summer progresses and our Sunday morning sessions when our ‘regular’ season restarts in early September at The Spencer Club.
