England U17 Academy Team
Four of the Spencer Under 17’s players have been selected for the England U17 Academy Team. This photo was taken after a recent match where the England U17 team beat a Wales U19 team in Manchester.
(left-to-right) Will Barrie, Cameron Leslie, Will Clarke & Gabe Barrie.
Both Cameron and Gabe score a goal in the game. We’ll watch these players with interest as they hopefully progress up through the England age-group teams and maybe, one day, into the international senior team – who, if you did not see/read, are 2012 European Champions.
